Fret Master ("we", "our", or "the app") is a guitar learning tool developed by MXM Software. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and your rights.
Fret Master requests access to your device microphone solely to provide real-time note detection and the chromatic tuner feature. Audio is processed entirely on-device in real time. No audio data is ever recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. The app stores only your in-app preferences (note display style, difficulty settings, metronome BPM, best score) locally on your device using the platform's standard storage APIs (Android SharedPreferences / iOS UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.
Fret Master does not require or use an internet connection. No data is sent to or received from external servers, third-party services, or analytics platforms.
The app does not include any advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs.
Fret Master does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected at all, the app is safe for users of all ages.
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will publish the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
